Ms. Oeding created a classroom literacy profile (CLP) for her fifth grade class for the upcoming school year. She collaborated with a third grade teacher to develop the CLP. Their CLP includes four main components: DIBELS assessments to monitor comprehension every two weeks, comprehension assessments Ms. Oeding has used in the past, the CMRSU comprehension strategy assessment, and the Motivation for Reading Questionnaire to understand students' interests. Ms. Oeding found resources for the CLP through the course textbooks, discussions with other teachers, and collaborating with her third grade colleague.
