Program in the LC. MC
will give the financial
support/ incentive for
your projectized so you
can run your projectized
well and have a good
result of your program.
“BUILD TO LAST”
Projectized is not only for
functional related (iGIP,
oGIP, iGCDP, oGCDP). It can
be also projectized from other
functions (Mar, PR, BD, ER,
etc) but the purpose/ result
of the project is to support
the jumping program

The minimum growth for being
Jumping program:
The participants of this initiative is the LC
which has a Jumping target. Example : LC
Eddie has 100 realization iGCDP last year. This
year they have target for having 200
realization iGCDP. So, they are the Jumping
Program iGCDP.
“BUILD TO LAST
How is The System?
1. You create proposal for your projectized
2. MC will do selection of your proposal
3. MC will decide the selected proposal and the budget of each
projectized (% of budget given for each proposal budget)
4. The budget for each proposal will be given three times:
• 50% before the projectized started
• 25% in the middle of projectized/ during the projectized
• 25% after the projectized report is collected
5. Final collection of the projectized report depends on the duration of
the projectized
