The OCS meeting covered several topics: - The orientation process will be updated, with Janice leading revisions to create a new teacher and veteran teacher orientation. - Face-to-face teacher training will move online, and a team may review the new online training. - Leslie will follow up with coaching for teachers who miss electronic learning collaboratives, and will provide feedback on reflections shared via Google Doc or wiki. - Course revision teams are waiting on contract approval, and Leslie will lead a discussion on restructuring current course folders and gradebooks in Algebra and English II courses.

Need a team to work with Janice on revisions – Janice would
be the lead and main creator
F2F OCS Teacher Training will be online
May look for a team to review this online training

2. eLC Process
Continue tracking attendance on Google Doc
Leslie will follow up on coaching for those teachers that
miss an eLC
Leslie will begin providing feedback via email on eLC
reflections shared by Google Doc or wiki
Pulse Check
Be sure teachers are following up on situations where
intervention is needed. We want to make sure NCVPS
is doing all we can to support these schools.

3. Course Revision Process
Still waiting on contract approval for Course Revisions
teams – Does everyone know the teachers working on
these teams?
Leslie to lead the discussion today on creating the
process for:
 Restructuring of current folders in Alg and Eng II
 Gradebooks are out of order – what do we want to do - fix
now or in master for Spring
 Using Revision Google Doc – decide on priorities
 If needs corrections now – what’s the process?
 Or can it wait for spring and make corrections in Master
