What is a English Marathon
Globally, we find that English is the most used language,
as most international business transactions and business are
in English.
In addition, speaking well in English has many advantages for
professional integration, particularly in Ivory Coast where this
language represents added value and makes it possible to be
more competitive on the labor market.
It is in this vein that AIESEC COCODY ABIDJAN has been piloting
since 2010 the English Marathon project which aims to promote
the English language to the youth center of development.
5. Process of application
The documents must be in PDF and in WinRAR renamed as following:
1. Feel free to change the layout and design of this application questionnaire (e.g. pictures, SmartArt, etc.) as long as
all of the content is included and that you respect the application guidelines.
2. Answer to the questions
3. All documents must be in PDF Format and compressed in 1 folder
4. Your application folder is made of you:
* Member Development Plan
* Identification form
* Application form
5. Applications missing any part will not be accepted.
6. Folder must be in “zip” or “rar” format and should be saved under the following name format:

7. Send your application on time and you will get confirmation of reception
8. You will be contacted for interviews

Structure and Role
PM
The Project Manager should have an AIESEC background: she or he has to coordinate the team leaders activities and must be:
-Self aware -Solution oriented - Empower others - A good time manager - A good team manager
-A good writer of communication plan, proposal, mail, budget...
-Make a weekly report of the progress of the project to VP PD
Ensure the integration and the
welfare of interns in the project from
their date of arrival up to their day of departure.
Also the training of the team and the interns.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the intern have a clear JD
- Find venues for the activities: conferences, training...
- Elaborate documents: TDR...
Ensure the financial stability of the project
and find partners.

- Find partners for training and sponsoring
- Elaborate the budget
