Connected devices and sensors automate the way clinical, objective data are collected and shared with Caregivers and Healthcare Professionals to help them take evidence-based decisions. On the other hand, self-reported, subjective data often remain a key source of information in order to have a better, more holistic understanding of a person's conditions. In which cases is it preferable to combine objective and subjective data? How can we successfully combine the two in a person-centric approach to healthcare without overwhelming people with extra work?
