3. Limited engagement and motivation of LCs. LCs are not fully committed to sales goals and targets. They lack the necessary drive and engagement to effectively manage opportunities.

Reporting to the MC VP TM and as a part of the national
support team TMP Recruitment Manager is responsible to
prepare, run, track and evaluate implementation of the
product based recruitment in the all LCs. As NST he/she
should actively participate in all activities of the TMP
Product Based Recruitment task force. Based on the
outcomes of the task force NST is responsible to recreate
and adjust selection and induction process, educate LCVPs
and insure implementation on the LC level by
communicating and tracking LCVPs. After first recruitment
he/she is in charge to evaluate the implementation and
make report with main proposal for second recruitment.
We are looking for experienced, result
