This document outlines the project plan for redesigning the NowCureMe website through user research and usability testing. The plan includes activities such as conducting user interviews and competitive analyses, creating user personas and scenarios, developing wireframes and prototypes, and performing multiple rounds of usability testing to iteratively refine the design. The goal is to create a more usable and budget-friendly solution to address issues identified with the original NowCureMe site.
