Whatever = whatsoever
Add ever or soever
whenever = whensoever, etc.
Meaning of ever or soever is same, combine with the word in front of it.
How + ever = However, not included in this category
Example :

how much followed by uncountable nouns
Example :

• How much your English skill will improve is determined by how
hard you practice.

Commonly use

• If the question words followed by infinitives directly,
it means should or can/could
• Subject after question words removed
Example :
• She didn’t know what to do = She didn’t know what she should do.
• Please tell me how to get the train station from here
= Please tell me how I can get the train station from here.

Example :
• I am not sure whether she is coming or not
= I am not sure whether or not she is coming
= I am not sure whether she is coming.
Whether can followed by OR/NOT or not and the meaning of
that sentences will be same although not followed by
OR/NOT (depend on the context of sentences)
• If you take economics, I will take economics.

In the Noun Clause, meaning of that is “bahwa”, whereas
meaning of the that fact is “fakta bahwa”.
Example :
• It is the fact that the world is round = the fact that the world is round is
well known.
• It was obvious that she was very sick = The fact that she was very sick was
obvious.
