A notice is a written announcement used to inform people about upcoming events, lost items, or other information. It is generally written formally. The notice should include the name of the institution or group posting it, the date written out elaborately, and information about the event or information being shared written in the third person rather than first person. An example is provided of writing a notice inviting students to join a school trip to Rajasthan.

people about something that has happened or is
about to happen. It could be an upcoming event,
competition, Lost and found notice or just a
piece of information to be delivered to the
targeted audience. It is generally written in a
formal tone.

3. The date should be in an elaborate form.
