This organisation supports the growing numbers of young people (Age 16-24) not in
employment. They help young people by giving them opportunities in the job world.

My general aim of idea is to aware more awareness for youth unemployment due to
the fact that even though most people are aware that youth unemployment is a
problem, other people don’t even know that it’s happening.
Young people desperately needs jobs to help keep a roof over their heads and to get
experience in the job world because young people are not getting any chances or
opportunities.

My primary audience are people aged between 16 and 19 because youth
unemployment effects them the most since they are at a young age and are starting to
experience getting jobs.
My secondary audience are people aged between 20 and 24 because even though
people between these ages may have a job, it still effects the rest of them as they are
struggling to keep a job or get a job.
The social class for my audience is D & E because it revolves around them both as
social class D revolves around skilled workers but can barely get a job and social
class E are unskilled workers who cannot get a job.

In my primary research, I held a questionnaire and I found out that the young people
aged from 16 – 17 are still in some type of education and a few have a part time job
and the rest don’t. In my focus group, I found out that only one person has a part time
job and works certain hours while the others have no job at all.
In my secondary research, I read articles and I found out that the youth unemployment
rate is at 14.4% and that 43,000 young people aged 16-24 were unemployed in
November to January 2015.

I want to have the idea of realism to show how hard it is to get a job at a young age.

I will distribute my advert on Channel 4, E4 & ITV.
I will distribute my advert on YouTube, Facebook and Twitter.
