This document summarizes a project that involved students collaborating with faculty on research related to employability-integrated assessment across the curriculum. The students helped with various aspects of the research process like distributing questionnaires, facilitating focus groups, conducting interviews, analyzing data, and writing up findings. Working together on the research helped the students see themselves not just as learners but also as partners, researchers, critical friends, colleagues, change agents, and co-producers with the potential to help transform learning and teaching practices.
