1. Objective
CreedonTechnologiesUSA,LLCofferseducationalreimbursementbenefitstoencourage self-
development by providingfinancial assistance forcertaineducation-relatedexpenses.Thisbenefitis
intendedtoencourage professionalismandassistemployeesinincreasingeffectivenessintheircurrent
position,preparingemployeesforpossibleadvancement,and/orincreasinganemployee’sadaptability
to newideasandchange.The Educational ReimbursementPlan(the “Plan”) includesassistancewiththe
cost of tuitionandotherexpensesrelatedtothe pursuitof a degree orthe expensesrelatedtoa non-
degree collegecourse (“TuitionAssistance”),aswell asexpense reimbursementforCompany-approved
CertificationorLicensingprograms,includingthe examinationsrequiredaspartof those programs
(“C&L Assistance”).
II.Employee Eligibility
RegularFull-time andRegularPart-timeemployeesare eligibletoparticipate inthe Plan.Foreligibility
purposes:
1. RegularFull-time meansanormal workschedule of atleast40 hoursperweek,orat least80
hourson a bi-weeklybasis.
2. RegularPart-time meansanon-supervisory employee scheduledtoworkona part-time basis
(minimumof 20 hoursbut lessthan35 hoursper week),andnotona time,special job
completion,orcall whenneededbasis.Eligibilitymaycontinuewhile anemployeeisonan
approvedleave,asfollows:
A. An employee onanapprovedMedical Leave,FamilyLeave,“WoundedWarrior”Family
Leave of 26 workweeksorless,MilitaryLeave while receivingCompanypayoffset,or
Personal Leave iseligible toparticipate inthe Plan.
B. An employee onanEducational Leave isnoteligible toparticipate inthe Plan.Also,an
employeemusthave beeninhisorherpositionareasonable amountof time toallow
pursuitof furthereducationwithoutadverselyaffectingjobperformance,whichshouldbe
takenintoconsiderationwhenarequesttoparticipate ismade.
III.TuitionAssistance
TuitionAssistance providesreimbursementof tuitionandotherexpensesrelatedtoa course takenin
the pursuitof a degree orthe expensesrelatedtoanon-degree college course atanapproved facilityor
institution.
A. Degree ProgramCriteria
To be approvedunderthe Plan,aDegree Programmustmeetthe followingcriteria:
A. The degree isconsistentwiththe employee’sability,potential,andscholasticbackground or
a reasonable chance existsforthe employeetouse the acquiredknowledge.

  • 1. 1. Objective CreedonTechnologiesUSA,LLCofferseducationalreimbursementbenefitstoencourage self- development by providingfinancial assistance forcertaineducation-relatedexpenses.Thisbenefitis intendedtoencourage professionalismandassistemployeesinincreasingeffectivenessintheircurrent position,preparingemployeesforpossibleadvancement,and/orincreasinganemployee’sadaptability to newideasandchange.The Educational ReimbursementPlan(the “Plan”) includesassistancewiththe cost of tuitionandotherexpensesrelatedtothe pursuitof a degree orthe expensesrelatedtoa non- degree collegecourse (“TuitionAssistance”),aswell asexpense reimbursementforCompany-approved CertificationorLicensingprograms,includingthe examinationsrequiredaspartof those programs (“C&L Assistance”). II.Employee Eligibility RegularFull-time andRegularPart-timeemployeesare eligibletoparticipate inthe Plan.Foreligibility purposes: 1. RegularFull-time meansanormal workschedule of atleast40 hoursperweek,orat least80 hourson a bi-weeklybasis. 2. RegularPart-time meansanon-supervisory employee scheduledtoworkona part-time basis (minimumof 20 hoursbut lessthan35 hoursper week),andnotona time,special job completion,orcall whenneededbasis.Eligibilitymaycontinuewhile anemployeeisonan approvedleave,asfollows: A. An employee onanapprovedMedical Leave,FamilyLeave,“WoundedWarrior”Family Leave of 26 workweeksorless,MilitaryLeave while receivingCompanypayoffset,or Personal Leave iseligible toparticipate inthe Plan. B. An employee onanEducational Leave isnoteligible toparticipate inthe Plan.Also,an employeemusthave beeninhisorherpositionareasonable amountof time toallow pursuitof furthereducationwithoutadverselyaffectingjobperformance,whichshouldbe takenintoconsiderationwhenarequesttoparticipate ismade. III.TuitionAssistance TuitionAssistance providesreimbursementof tuitionandotherexpensesrelatedtoa course takenin the pursuitof a degree orthe expensesrelatedtoanon-degree college course atanapproved facilityor institution. A. Degree ProgramCriteria To be approvedunderthe Plan,aDegree Programmustmeetthe followingcriteria: A. The degree isconsistentwiththe employee’sability,potential,andscholasticbackground or a reasonable chance existsforthe employeetouse the acquiredknowledge. i)
