The executive will travel from San Francisco to Beijing for a month to meet with the existing city team, recruit a Head of Asia Community Operations, and help close leadership candidates in the region. Two roundtrip flight options on United Airlines or Air China are provided, as well as three hotel options in Beijing. Ground transportation will be arranged via Uber between home, airports, hotel, and meetings. The first week will involve meetings with the existing city team. The second week will focus on interviewing candidates for the Head of Asia role. The third week will include interviewing leadership candidates in the region. The fourth week allows for any additional meetings and wrapping up before returning to the US.
