patients expects to be well-informed about insurance benefit eligibility. In a
time-consuming and error-prone process, eyecare professionals were required
to extract individual eligibility details from various legacy applications.
No direct integration exists with insurance carriers. Patient data cannot
be pulled and retained internally, because Insurance benefits change
regularly
