Senior Managers’ & Certification regime (client location): ECC 6.0 - The new SMCR introduces
specific responsibilities and conduct rules with the over-riding aim of raising standards in
banking. Following recommendations made in 2013 by the Parliamentary Commission on
Banking Standards (PCBS), the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and Prudential Regulation
Authority (PRA) have proposed changes to the way individuals working for relevant firms are
supervised and held accountable for the roles they perform.
• Currently involved in requirement gathering stage and Gap Analysis. Responsible for preparing
presentations by converting business requirement into a proposed IT design so as to enable the
business user understand the system and solution.
October 2014 – July 2015
Accountabilities & Apportionment (client location): ECC 6.0 - Accountabilities and
Apportionment project is aimed to support legal requirements to ensure that accountabilities for
running the Bank are properly recorded and reportable at any point in time. Within this new
regime all key accountabilities will be assigned to named individuals, even if those
accountabilities are delegated or decisions are made by committee. A MS Excel macro-based
tactical solution (in use from Q3 2013) for capturing the accountabilities of the top 800 executives
is currently being used. The tactical solution will be decommissioned by this project. The project
is aimed to provide a new automated and scalable solution to collate, update and store role
profiles for layers 1 to 5 of the organizational hierarchy with the capability to extend to all group
colleagues, if required.
• The project design and approach has been approved by SAP EMEA team. It is a bespoke solution
developed using WD ABAP for UI and Organisational Management as the primary module from
functional perspective.
• Responsible for designing the complex client requirements using standard SAP – OADP /
custom evaluation paths / OM relationships and specific infotypes 7400 / 1222 for storing the
data.
• Also designed the easy to use design for workflows that can be altered and configured by the
business on their own as and when required.
• Majorly involved in preparing UI decks for business demos.

TSB Verde / TSB SHARESAVE Project (client location): ECC 6.0- TSB Verde was created as a new
TSB HR function based on LBG Mini-Me principles. As part of Project Verde the TSB Payroll was
planned to be configured on the existing Lloyds Banking Group YourPay SAP platform and coexists
with the LBG payrolls.
• Responsible for leading the HCM functional and technical team from onsite for doing the
employee migration from live LBG payroll to new TSB payroll.
• Created extraction and load tools using LSMW’s for PA / OM infotypes.
• Worked extensively on the absence migration for the colleagues moving from LBG to TSB to have
the correct absence entitlements, company loans / company cars and court orders.
• Devised a way of extracting P9 notifications from HMRC and applying onto the new system.
• Actively and extensively involved in landscapes synchronization in terms of code / transport
movement as TSB system was a cloned system from the active LBG system.
• Configured the settings for enabling EPS / FPS to HMRC. Also set up the Tax reference Data for
the new Tax reference provided for TSB as a legal entity.
• Exposed to extensive usage of PI / CD technology for 3rd
party related interfaces.
