Apportionment project is aimed to support legal requirements to ensure that accountabilities for
running the Bank are properly recorded and reportable at any point in time. Within this new

accountabilities are delegated or decisions are made by committee. A MS Excel macro-based
tactical solution (in use from Q3 2013) for capturing the accountabilities of the top 800 executives

TSB Verde / TSB SHARESAVE Project (client location): ECC 6.0- TSB Verde was created as a new
TSB HR function based on LBG Mini-Me principles. As part of Project Verde the TSB Payroll was
planned to be configured on the existing Lloyds Banking Group YourPay SAP platform and coexists
with the LBG payrolls.
• Responsible for leading the HCM functional and technical team from onsite for doing the
employee migration from live LBG payroll to new TSB payroll.
