 The company is An ISO 9001: 2008 Certified since its establishment.
 Our Quality Control Process are mentioned below:
 Design Stage: At this stage each & every drawing is checked for its
performance using CAD Software and goes through accurate process
before its finalized. The trial model is manufactured and tested for its
performance.
 Raw Materials: The raw materials are inspected by our engineers and
ordered from the selected vendors only. Additionally there is an incoming
quality inspection which includes material test certificates, test reports,
performance certificates etc are demanded if required.
 Production Stage: There is 100% Inspection of each and every
manufactured part for its usage. The materials are logged in the ERP System
through which every minutest part is tracked down for its manufacturing
date.

 Assembly Stage: The equipment is tested for its functionality once it is completely
assembled; during Mass Production the components are tested carefully and
assembly, test and trial is done at sites.
 Testing of Electrical Components: Whilst mechanical components are check with our
quality control employee, meanwhile control panels, motors & other electrical
components are tested at our separate electrical house.
 Packing & Dispatch: The equipment is packed in a semi – assembled form and
loaded carefully in Goods Carrier; The semi – assembled form will help reduces
testing for its functionality once it is completely assembled & it also helps for quick
installation at site.
