Two young engineers founded Nirman Construction in 1995 with a vision to provide quality, affordable housing. Over 15 years, they have built 6 million square feet of space across 42 projects. Nirman aims to be among the top 5 construction companies in India and top 25 globally. Their corporate social responsibility arm, Nirman Foundation, focuses on rural development, education, healthcare, employment, and sports to improve lives and national growth. Current projects include biogas plants, educational support, employment training, health camps, and adopting underprivileged athletes.

10. Rural Development: Parpoli Village: Vital Stats. Population 1200 Area 450 acres Male 45% Female 35% Children 20% Total Families 150 Economy Agro based

11. The Biogas Plant Project NFCT along with Dr. Prasad Deodhar of Bhagirathi Gram Vikas Pratishthan has adopted Parpoli village since 2009. Since then the following acts of development have been carried in Parpoli . The first biogas plant was installed in the school in Parpoli. The figure grew to 4. 30 more installations in the nearby villages. Training and utilization methods imparted to the villagers.

12. Educational Support in Parpoli. Donation of Books for the Library. Donation of cycles for the children. Impartment of training to actually drive them. Personality Development Camps for school students. Training in Yoga, music and other means of recreation.

13. Employment support in Parpoli Funded villagers for agricultural equipments. Trained them for new modes of agricultural activities. Organized resources for the development of Agro produce. Developed poultry farming as a mode of occupation.

14. Health Nirman has gained permission and approvals to built a fully equipped 150 bed hospital in Neral. Organised Blood donation camps at various villages . NFCT has adopted 150 under-nourished children from Yamagar wadi near Solapur and other small villages.

15. Health Cont. Organised Health check up camps for females in Mangaon/Nizampur villages.

16. Sports Adoption of Sports persons. Kausalya Wagh is one of the aspirants of Olympics in Wrestling Arena. NFCT aspires to fulfill her aspirations by adopting the dietary requirements for her training. NFCT is keen to adopt more of such players to produce a healthy team who can represent India in the National & International Games.

17. Education And Employment Deployed funds to Vanvasi Kalyan Ashram to build a building of its own. Nirman has adopted Poladpur & Nizampur ITIs in PPP to: Improve the quality of reasonable education. Impart industry oriented vocational courses to create jobs for the locals. Impart new means of education to improve knowledge thus improve employment and the quality of life.

18. Poladpur ITI This ITI was allotted recently by the Govt. for the improvisation of the educational structure & generation of employment for the masses. The ITI is located near to Mahabaleshwar a famous tourist location. Introduction of Hospitality Management & Food technology courses by NFCT may help generate employment as well as self employment opportunities for the locals.

19. Nizampur ITI was adopted as a measure to cultivate skilled labors in the field of civil as well as IT/ITES. Placements thru Campus Interviews in the ITIs has given jobs to the students. 8 students selected in Blue Star. Courses such as civil management, building technology, Hardware and networking, A/C & Refrigeration, etc. have been introduced and successfully carried on. Collaboration tie-ups with new cos. In Vile MIDC to provide CO2 Welders, fitters etc. from the ITI.

20. Every year NFCT felicitates eminent personalities in different fields. Last year Dr. Prakash and Mandakini Amte were felicitated with NIRMAAN KRUTAGHNATA PURASKAR with a prize amount of Rs. 1 lakh for the noble deeds performed in the arena of Social Work.
