The River Nile By Nipuni Wichara
The length of the River Nile is 4184 miles  (6695km). The River Nile is the longest  river in the world!! The river gets its name from the ancient Egyptian word Neilos whch means Valley. The River Nile is in Africa. It originates in Burundi, south of the equator, and flows northward through north-eastern Africa, eventually flowing through Egypt and finally draining into the Mediterranean Sea. River Nile Facts
The largest Source of the River Nile is in Lake Victoria. The Mouth of the River Nile is in the Mediterranean sea. Source And Mouth
The most common animals in the River Nile are the fishing eagles and the Nile crocodile. A lot of different kinds of animals live in the River Nile. Wildlife And Other Facts
People in Egypt do quite a lot of farming, they grow crops and vegetables and many more. These are most of the Leisure the people do: water skiing, fishing, boat riding, canoeing, swimming. etc.  People And Leisure
The river Nile flows through five countries: Uganda, Ethiopia, Sudan, Burundi, Egypt. The river Nile has two tributaries. They are the Blue Nile and the White Nile. Countries And Tributaries
