Candidates must have a B.Tech in computer science, IT, or electronics and communication, or an MBA with a minimum of 60% marks throughout their education. Selected candidates will undergo an aptitude test, group discussion, interviews and certifications before potentially receiving an offer letter to work on HCL projects across India for 6 months and earn a salary between 1.8-2.5 lakhs per year.
