• Responsible for End to End Recruitment (Permanent Employees)
• Interacting with the clients regarding their requirements.
• Shortlisting candidates and validating them on their experience and interest on the role.
• Working for SAP requirements and handling the complete Recruitment Life Cycle -
Sourcing/Screening, Short-listing Profiles, Candidates Tracking and Follow-up,
processing CV's, Updating / maintaining Internal Database etc.
• Analyze requirement according to the specification mentioned by the client.
• Profiles sourcing according to client requirements.
• Identifying the potential candidates through various sources like Internal database (Jobs
guru), job portals: Linked in, Dice, Monster, Corp - Corp, Indeed, vendor database, Mass
Mailing, Referencing, etc to fill the vacancies and stimulating them to apply for the jobs.
• Conduct first level interview (Telephonic) to check communication Skills, domain skills,
interest level, availability, salary, etc.
• Responsible in handling all senior level requirements
• Gathering pre-close information (candidate's present/ expected compensation, relocation
issues, etc.).
• Following up with the candidates till he/she is on board.
• Maintaining Good Pipeline for the open positions.
• Follow-up with the candidates as well as with the clients till the candidates joins the
organization.
• Providing the output and interaction with the Background check team and providing
insufficiency report for the documents and following up with the on boarding team.
• Follow up with the candidates as well as on the feedback from the company side solving

Buzzer, IR Sensor, LCD Display
Description: The robot was capable of scanning a particular area for “fire” using a temperature sensor
and helped in putting it out using a fan attached to a motor. It used to alarm people in
case of fire using a buzzer. It also used to avoid any obstacle in its path with the help of
an IR Sensor. The project finds its applications as a ‘Fire Fighting Robot’, ‘Path Finder
Robot’, ‘Surveillance Robot’, ‘Object Transporter’, ‘Weather Monitoring Robot’, ‘Burglar
Alarm Robot’ etc.
