The Nurturing Families Network is Connecticut's statewide home visiting program that works with at-risk families. It meets all 7 of the federal performance measures for effective home visiting programs by improving maternal and child health, child development, parenting skills, and connecting families to community resources. The program provides various levels of services from screening first-time mothers to long-term intensive home visiting for higher-risk families.
