 HOTEL IS A PLACE WHICH PROVIDES FOOD
AND SHELTER TO THE BONAFIED GUESTS
UNTIL HE/SHE IS CAPABLE TO AVAIL THE
SERVICES AND PAY FOR THEM.
RESERVATION
 Booking in advance.
 In context of hotel industry, we mean advance booking
of room, of tables in restaurant & banquet hall.
 It is a mutual agreement between the guest & the hotel
in which the guest hires accommodation from the hotel
at a given time
RESERVATION PROCEDURE
 Receiving the reservation request.
 Determining the availability of room.
 Accept or deny the reservation request.
 Document the reservation details.
 Confirming the reservation.
 Maintaining the guest folio.
 Blocking off the room on the reservation
