Seat is a sub system of automobile or vehicle. It is the main aggregate in a vehicle, which impacts the visibility, comfort, safety for the occupant. H-point plays vital role in seat system design & occupant safety. As a part of vehicle development, requirement raised is to have elevated H-point to have better visibility & control for occupant. Use of carryover seat with minimum part alterations is a challenge. After studying all relative factors, it has been decided to integrate carry over seat with BIW by addition of seat riser member. This paper speaks about design and development of seat riser member for automotive seat.

With a passion for design engineering, I chose to become a Mechanical Engineer. Pursuing this passion led me to the college's Formula Student Team, where I worked as an Aerodynamics engineer with hands-on experience in fiber composites manufacturing, among many other things. Being a part of this club for over 4 years shaped me into a better engineer who now possesses more practical insights into what goes into designing, manufacturing, and managing the phases of building a vehicle. This experience has not only honed my technical skills in operating CAE tools and manufacturing but has also helped me develop problem-solving skills while working in a cross-functional team, especially under pressure to meet deadlines.
With a deep commitment to pursuing a career in the Automotive Design and Manufacturing industry, I'm motivated by gratitude and I cannot wait where every day I get to pick apart complex problems and brainstorm with a group of equally passionate engineers. The car wheel is the most important thing for load carrying element material even vehicle static and running conditions. Also wheel is affected by steering control and suspension. So we should consider all load acting on the vehicle drives. In our project, design and comparative analysis of old & new model car Wheel Rims. Here our new model rim is BMW Rim, other one old model rim is normal rim like ix35 Hyundai car rim) for more effective analysis. This project is tested to the wheel according to the specification given by the industrial standards, threes kind of test is performed. Later this solid works model is imported to Ansys for analysis work. in the material using aluminium alloy and stainless steel their relative performances have been observed respectively. In addition to this rim is subjected to vibration analysis (modal analysis), a part of dynamic analysis is carried out its performance is observed

The aim of this study is to do a analysis of and ALL TERRAIN VEHICLE and make calculations of
analysis. The focus has been laid on the simplicity of design and its high performance. The design and
development comprise of material selection, chassis and frame design, design of various components of power
train, suspension and wheel assembly, braking system and steering system. During the entire design process, an
innovative idea was always the primary goal.
For performing a analysis, there is a need for a 3d model, for which we use SOLIDWORKS 2018. Its user
friendly UI and feature packed software lets us design and make changes in the 3d model on the go. It also
allows adding material specifications which is of utmost importance for analysis. Our vehicle dimensions are
according to the BAJA SAE INDIA rule book. The main focus of the paper leans towards the durability of the
vehicle for different materials uneven circumstances. Again this allows us to choose the material wisely, ex
.Economically and most important the materials should reach the required standards of the ATV.
The objective of the project is fabrication of an off-road vehicle. It
contains various parts like roll cage, braking, suspension, engine,
steering, wheel assembly, braking, transmission etc. In fabrication
process we assemble all parts together.
The objective of our project is to fabricate an All-Terrain Vehicle. The
main purpose is to fabricate a single sitter high-performance and safe
vehicle that will take the ruggedness of rough roads with maximum
safety and driver comfort. This project provides an in-detail
description of the fabrication of an ATV vehicle. Components used in
fabrication are chosen according to their availability and reliability.
