Responsibilities
 All admin works like co-ordination with clients and
subordinates,filing,maintaing-stock,to calculate the overtime,
 Distribute Id card, Access cards, visiting cards etc. and proper in register.
 Maintaining all the office files like agreement, bills cheque put in
duplicate copy in our required.
 Customer handling and organizing meeting room & Conferences rooms
and I chick meeting room all of things putted there like projector not pad
leather folder and agenda water bottle some cool drinks tea snacks
whatever required by clients.
 Issue some things like pen, not pad, water bottles all of Stationery after
project SDM RM
approval and with project cost center.
 Incoming & outgoing courier, maintaining records, maintenance of data
base, and maintenance of attendance and Client Co-ordination/ Courier
co-ordination.
 Administration & Recruitment.
 Remedy & SSD open and close after work is complete.
 Access Card Activation and Deactivation. (Access Control System).
 Preparing MIS of beverage, stationary & housekeeping & Medicine
material in every month.
 Keeping a track of courier.
 Maintaining stationeries and attendance/ walking visitors.
