Netball is a popular women's team sport played with seven players per side. Players are assigned positions that restrict their movement on the court. The objective is to pass the ball into the opposing team's goal circle to score points. Netball rules prohibit holding the ball for more than three seconds or tapping it to oneself more than twice. Contact is allowed only if incidental and does not impede play. A game consists of four 15-minute quarters with short breaks between.
