Veeam software provides backup and replication capabilities for NetApp HCI infrastructure that improve availability. Veeam can backup virtual machines on NetApp HCI to reduce recovery time objectives and recovery point objectives to as low as 15 minutes. It also allows for replication of virtual machines between NetApp HCI clusters for disaster recovery. Veeam includes features like built-in WAN acceleration for offsite backups and explorers to enable precise recovery of items from SQL Server, Exchange, and other applications.
