The Nestlé Cocoa Plan aims to improve cocoa farming in Côte d'Ivoire by training over 6,000 farmers and distributing 800,000 disease-resistant cocoa plantlets in 2012. The plan includes commitments to address child labor and enhance community support through education and infrastructure initiatives. By 2020, it aims to distribute 12 million cocoa plants and support 140 families with scholarships and empowerment programs.
