NES22 is a two-component epoxy coating developed by ICR Coatings for painting ship bridges and decks. It provides a non-slip surface with high hardness, abrasion resistance, and impermeability. Leading Italian fleets have chosen NES22 for restoring bridges and decks due to its high pigment concentration and formulation. The coating can be applied by spray or roller and dries to a rough, non-slip finish suitable for walkways and decks subject to medium or heavy wear.

3. NES22 EPOCOAT 2K HS NON-SLIP COATING
THE SOLUTION FOR THE SHIPYARD
After catalysing, the product is ready for use and does not require any addition of
thinner.
Application
Applicazione a Spruzzo convenzionale: utilizzare un contenitore a pressione
da 10 o 20 litri con 2 metri di tubo di alimentazione interno da 12-15 mm.

Finitura Epossidica, Bicomponente, Anticorrosiva, ad alto spessore,
antiscivolo di tipo ruvido a matrice spessa. Ha elevata durezza superficiale,
ottima resistenza all’abrasione ed elevata impermeabilità, con buona
resistenza alle sostanze chimiche.
Trova impiego come finitura antisdrucciolo nei cicli di verniciatura relativi
al rivestimento di qualsiasi ponte di coperta o calpestio soggetto ad usura
media/pesante.
Routine maintenance
The ICR R&D Laboratory has developed a product with innovative
features:
• high concentration
• high thickness in two coats
• high quality and easily dispersed aggregates
Epoxy, two-component, anti-corrosive, high-thickness, rough non-slip,
thick-matrix finish. It has high surface hardness, excellent abrasion resistance
and high impermeability, with good resistance to chemicals.
It is used as a non-slip finish in coating cycles for the coating of any deck or
walkway subject to medium/heavy wear.
Conventional spray application: use a 10 or 20-litre pressure canister with 2
metres of 12-15 mm internal supply hose.
Use a gun nozzle of about 10 mm.
