High performance engineering glass flake filled composites using resin technology tailormade for the process environment.
Typical applications: refurbishment and protection of heavy duty capital equipment including pumps, valves, water boxes, heat exchanger tube faces, spool pieces, filters, strainers and auxiliary equipment.
Corroglass AR VEILCOAT has been specially formulated to offer the best resistance to base environments, e.g. Sodium Hydroxide and Sodium Hypochlorite, the resin and cure system having been modified to impart the optimum resistance to these environments. Corroglass AR Veilcoat is to be used as a surface veil in certain applications where the glass present in the AR4 may be attacked by the environment.
Bodycote coatings are used extensively in the Oil & Gas Industry. The centre schematic shows the types of components and where they're located within the industry structure.
FRP for masonry, stone, flat/curved arch terracotta and cindercrete stabilization with a Class A Fire Rating for interior, exterior, and above or below grade (wet) applications.

W Odlewnictwie jednym z problemów są przestoje spowodowane czyszczeniem stałych form aluminiowych, kanałów odpowietrzeń, rdzennic i maszyn odlewniczych. Tradycyjne formy czyszczenia wymagają schłodzenia, demontażu urządzeń, wielu bezproduktywnych godzin czyszczenia i ponownego ich złożenia.
Czyszczenie suchym lodem skraca czas czyszczenia o 60% oraz eliminuje uszkodzenia sprzętu i powstawanie odpadów produkcyjnych. Pozwala czyścić on-line w temperaturze roboczej i nie wymaga demontażu maszyn!
A major issue for the foundry and forging industries is the downtime caused when cleaning permanent aluminum molds, core box vents, semi-solid castings and die casting machines. Typical manual cleaning methods require cool down, disassembly, unproductive hours of messy hand cleaning or bead blast cleaning and then reassembly. In addition, most traditional cleaning methods are not fully effective and often result in damage to the part or equipment.
Dry ice cleaning offers significant improvement in cleaning times (up to 60%) as well as reduction of damage to equipment and resulting scrap product. Dry ice blast cleaning is a non-conductive, in-place method to clean parts and even touch-up cleaning is safe and easy.

Enterprise Excellence is Inclusive Excellence.pdfKaiNexus
Enterprise excellence and inclusive excellence are closely linked, and real-world challenges have shown that both are essential to the success of any organization. To achieve enterprise excellence, organizations must focus on improving their operations and processes while creating an inclusive environment that engages everyone. In this interactive session, the facilitator will highlight commonly established business practices and how they limit our ability to engage everyone every day. More importantly, though, participants will likely gain increased awareness of what we can do differently to maximize enterprise excellence through deliberate inclusion.
What is Enterprise Excellence?
Enterprise Excellence is a holistic approach that's aimed at achieving world-class performance across all aspects of the organization.
What might I learn?
A way to engage all in creating Inclusive Excellence. Lessons from the US military and their parallels to the story of Harry Potter. How belt systems and CI teams can destroy inclusive practices. How leadership language invites people to the party. There are three things leaders can do to engage everyone every day: maximizing psychological safety to create environments where folks learn, contribute, and challenge the status quo.
Who might benefit? Anyone and everyone leading folks from the shop floor to top floor.

Store in original sealed packaging, at temperatures below 20°C, must
not be exposed to heat sources or sunlight. In these conditions the
product will remain stable for 2 years from the date of shipment.
F18 is a specially-formulated spray filler used as a topcoat for a variety
of surfaces. It is excellent when used for:
- a model-making topcoat
F18 must be mixed with a percentage of hardener that takes into
account the ambient temperature, in which the processing is carried
out. Do not use the product at temperatures below 5°C.
If necessary dilute with D12 Spray Thinner for polyester or pure
acetone max 5%.
RECOMMENDED USES
F18 is a two-component filler and must be mixed thoroughly with the
specific C12 liquid hardener (Cyclohexanone peroxide).

POLISHING PROCESS
LPM is a compound formulated for compounding gelcoat panels. Due
to its mordanting characteristics, LPM compound can be used for:
- polishing handworks
- polishing moulds and plugs
White color
Specific weight 1.65 ± 0.10 kg/l
Due to its viscosity, the compound may need thinning.
Use petroleum.
LPM compound is supplied in:
- 2 L tins
- Special paraffins
- Emulsifiers
- Aliphatic solvents
- Silica-free abrasives in aluminium oxide
- Make sure that the gelcoat is cold before polishing.
- Remove impurities such as dirt or grease from the gelcoat with a cloth
soaked in soap and water.
- Place a small quantity of paste on a wool or foam polishing pad.
- Spread the paste evenly over the surface, with the polisher still off.
- Switch on the polisher and adjust the speed to between 800 and
1.500 rpm.
- Start polishing by exercising a light pressure, then progressively
reduce it until the paste begins to dry.
- Make several crossed runs in order to remove all the scratches. Do
not polish in the same area for very long or the surface will become
overheated.
This process will achieve a finish high level of gloss which can be
improved if required by a successive treatment with polishing
compound.
Store in original sealed packaging, at temperatures below 20°C, must
not be exposed to heat sources or sunlight. In these conditions the
product will remain stable for 2 years from the date of shipment.
