Advanced UV Protection for Resin Based Floor SystemsSika Canada
Sika presented new resin technologies that provide advanced UV protection for seamless floor systems. Four technologies were introduced: 1) Sikafloor 33NA PurCem, an aliphatic polyurethane/cement top coat that allows light colored screeds while maintaining thermal shock resistance. 2) Sikafloor 217 and 510N LPL, epoxy and polyaspartic resins with improved UV resistance for use in decorative flooring. 3) Sikafloor 315N, an aliphatic polyurethane top coat with UV blocker technology. 4) Sikafloor 510N LPL, a polyaspartic resin for use in decorative flooring with improved UV resistance.
NES22 is a two-component epoxy coating developed by ICR Coatings for painting ship bridges and decks. It provides a non-slip surface with high hardness, abrasion resistance, and impermeability. Leading Italian fleets have chosen NES22 for restoring bridges and decks due to its high pigment concentration and formulation. The coating can be applied by spray or roller and dries to a rough, non-slip finish suitable for walkways and decks subject to medium or heavy wear.
This document summarizes the extrusion technology capabilities of Dott. Gallina srl, an Italian manufacturer of plastic sheets and profiles. They have multiple extrusion lines for producing multi-wall sheets, corrugated sheets, solid sheets, and technical profiles out of various thermoplastics like polycarbonate. The company has a technical department for CAD/CAM design, a materials testing lab, and produces their own dies and machinery. They also have the capability to co-extrude layers like those with UV protection and produce bi-color products. References and locations of various subsidiary offices in other countries are provided at the end.
This document is a product catalog from Finetone, a supplier of graphic art supplies, that was published in 2015. It provides information on Finetone's portfolio of consumables including inks, coatings, varnishes and other pressroom supplies. The catalog describes various ink series for different printing processes like sheetfed, heatset, coldset and UV printing. It also includes sections on pantone inks, metallic inks, overprint varnishes and why customers should choose Finetone for their printing needs.
Hong Kong Litong Int'l Holdings(Group)Ltd is a large diversified enterprise that has invested in 16 companies in China and 2 joint ventures abroad. It produces color-coated aluminum composite panels, aluminum ceilings, production lines, and venetian blinds. Sika provides adhesives and sealants for automotive assembly lines to simplify processes and increase design flexibility. Their portfolio includes direct glazing systems, solutions for mixed material bonding, and products for trim part bonding and sealing. Sika partners with automakers and suppliers to develop innovative adhesive technologies that enable lighter, stronger, safer, quieter and more sustainable vehicles.
The document introduces several commercial products from RMX including CSP paint protection coating, Drywash waterless cleaner, Metalguard corrosion protection coating, and Shower Stayclean self-cleaning shower treatment. CSP protects vehicle and aircraft paint from UV damage and dirt buildup to maintain appearance longer. Drywash cleans exterior surfaces without water for reduced cleaning time. Metalguard forms an invisible barrier on metal to prevent corrosion for 1+ years. Shower Stayclean uses polymers and citric acid to break down soap scum and create a surface that self-cleans with each use.
Etalbond: Aluminum Composite Panels, A2 fire resistantAndreas Laspadakis
Etalbond® A2 composite panels are non-flammable and do not actively contribute to combustion.
During the life cycle of etalbond® A2, there are no emissions of environ- mentally hazardous substances and there is no production of toxic fumes in the case of fire.
Etalbond® A2 is classified as A2 for incombustibility, s1 lowest possible smoke emission and d0 for no droplets when the panel is exposed to fire according to the most stringent European Norm EN 13501-1.
Cancel #corrosion in sanitary #faucets and shower assemblies by replacing metal with #SABIC specialty thermoplastics. Besides reducing pesky mineral deposits that inhibit #water flow, NORYL™ and ULTEM™ resins and LNP™ compounds deliver high performance properties including hydrolytic and dimensional stability, burst strength and wear resistance. They also comply with key drinking water certifications including NSF61, ACS, WRAS, REG4 and KTW-BWGL and certain low-lead regulations. Plus, you can potentially save on the costs of raw materials, manufacturing and logistics.

6. THE VALUES
AMBIENT
Our products are studied by the ICR R&D
laboratory in order to reduce emissions and
environmental impact.
A lower imprint on the ecosystem is obtained
thanks to the reduction of the organic solvents
present in the compositions, replaced almost 100%
by water, and the use of degradable polymers
coming from plant chemistry. Moreover, we
have reduced the hazard from paint residues by
eliminating from our products all
heavy metal residues and non-degradable
polymers.
ENERGY SAVING
We know how much energy and application time
saving are important factors for our customers. This
is why the Coatings line takes these requirements
into account: for some applications it is possible
to use 2 coats instead of 3 and most of our
industrial paints can be applied manually in “One
Coat” (e.g. “One Coat” in water compared to the
traditional three coats with solvent products).
With our range, it is not only possible to use a
smaller quantity of products and have less waste
with equal paint performance: we also supply
products that harden at low temperatures, while
at the same time maintaining the same properties
(also at just 50 C°). The result is a significant
reduction of labour costs for application and a
considerable saving of energy and CO2 in the air
thanks to reduced secondary emissions.

7. RELIABILITY OVER TIME
Quality without compromise and constant over
time. This is our commitment. Our customers can
depend on a paints production process based
on maximum quality of the raw materials and
a standard supply, that is increasingly constant
and without variations over time. Hence high
application performance and always reliable.
CONSULTANCY IN THE CONSTRUCTION
OF PLANTS
Thanks to the great deal of knowledge of painting
systems present on the market, our staff studies
the correct paint/painting process combination
together with the customer. We collaborate
with companies in their painting systems,
recommending the best tailor-made solutions on the
basis of the economic variables and the versatility
of the system for different types of processes.
While, for retailers who need a ready-to-use
product, we supply the high performance SPRINT
MIX polyvalent colour dosing system.
RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT
Our R&D laboratory is entirely dedicated to
the characterisation of the paint product and
can rely on the know how of a specialist
highly experienced technical team. Leading
edge instrumentation is used for the research
of new products as well as for the qualitative
charactetrisation.
AFTER-SALES ASSISTANCE
Our team ensures a very high quality after-sales
assistance. Our technicians act
in the paint production process, analysing the
features of the plant as a whole, from pre-treatment
to application of the product, in order to optimise
the result depending on the paint product selected.

2K polyacrylic finish-primer formulated for double-coat cycles with
high degree of brilliance, fullness, surface hardness and excellent
resistance.
The direct adhesion to polyolefins is guaranteed only after flame texturing and appropriate primer.
Drawing on our laboratory experience, we indicate direct adhesion on plastics, but in any case a preliminary adhesion test is always recommended in view of the
different types of molded plastics.
We indicate direct adhesion on metal, meaning all ferrous (stainless steel) and non-ferrous (zinc, aluminum, chrome, including alloys such as zama, brass, copper,
etc.) metals, galvanic supports.
