Devise and implement the Company risk management strategy, policies and procedures according to
corporate governance principles and regulations.
Participate in the review and recommendation of asset allocation and other investment policies to the
Systems.
Evaluating and identifying area of risks for portfolios, asset under management risks, Company
liquidity risk, interest rate risk ,Foreign currency risk, Credit risk, capital risk and concentration
using complex quantitative models and using risk models (e.g., beta analyses, stress test, VAR with
confidence level 95% & 99%, Standard deviation, P/BV, P/E, sensitivity of equity market
movements, risk trade off Performance against benchmarks, Liquidity rations, cost of funding rate,
sensitivity tables ….etc) to review implications of investment decisions on total portfolio risk.
