Job description
 Devise and implement the Company risk management strategy, policies and procedures according to
corporate governance principles and regulations.
 Participate in the review and recommendation of asset allocation and other investment policies to the
Systems.
 Evaluating and identifying area of risks for portfolios, asset under management risks, Company
liquidity risk, interest rate risk ,Foreign currency risk, Credit risk, capital risk and concentration
using complex quantitative models and using risk models (e.g., beta analyses, stress test, VAR with
confidence level 95% & 99%, Standard deviation, P/BV, P/E, sensitivity of equity market
movements, risk trade off Performance against benchmarks, Liquidity rations, cost of funding rate,
sensitivity tables ….etc) to review implications of investment decisions on total portfolio risk.
 Prepare periodic reports and make presentations to top management, committees and capital market
authority regarding risk measurements issues.
 Devise and implement risk assessment structure to maintain and update risk rating and expected loss
models by validating and recalibrating the master rating scale, risk rating scorecards, and expected
loss models.
 Recommend new and innovative risk management strategies, including identifying effective risk
management technology and Building cultural awareness of the risk within the organization and
provide advice regarding ways to control or reduce risks.
 Work with internal audit and compliance officer to assess effectiveness of risk management systems.
