1. NATUROPATHY

2. Acupuncture is a form of alternative medicine and a key
component of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in
which thin needles are inserted into the body.

• Bed Size: Minimum 7’ X 3’
• Separate rooms for separate Genders
• Minimum distance between two beds should be 3’
(Applicable if multiple beds in a room)
• Storage space for instruments required should be
provided.

3. Apitherapy (the use of bee products) has long been used
in patients with the chronic inflammatory diseases such
as rheumatoid arthritis and multiple sclerosis

4. Beehive air therapy is a holistic naturopathic treatment.
The beehive produces valuable substances such as
essential oils and flavonoids from honey, pollen, wax and
propolis. The beehive air produced from these
components is very healthy. Many different diseases and
allergies can be successfully treated by inhalation of the
beehive air.

5. AROMATHERAPY
Aromatherapy is based on the usage of aromatic
materials, including essential oils, and other aroma
compounds, with claims for improving psychological or
physical well-being.

6. "Balneotherapy" is the practice of immersing a subject in
mineral water or mineral-laden mud; it is part of the
traditional medicine of many cultures and originated in hot
springs, cold water springs, or other sources of such
water, like the Dead Sea.
BALNEOTHERAPY
It can be treated in natural water bodies as well as
artificial water bodies which has characteristics similar
to natural streams.
Minimum space required for one person is
1700mm X 750mm (bath tub)

7. BARE FOOT RUNNING
Barefoot running, also called "natural running", is the act
of running without footwear.
Workout of this treatment is carried out on Grass, Soil,
Sand, Gravel, Asphalt, Etc.
A track, ground or large open space is required for
working of this treatment.

8. CHROMOTHERAPY
Chromotherapy, when used for healing the body, utilizes
colors based on their electrical and heating properties.
Some colors actually cool and soothe the nerves
(e.g. dark-violet, indigo etc) while some can excite or
heat the blood (e.g. red-orange or dark red etc).

9. Ear candling, also called ear coning or thermal-
auricular therapy, is a pseudoscientific[1] alternative
medicine practice claiming to improve general health and
well-being by lighting one end of a hollow candle and
placing the other end in the ear canal.

10. In short, fasting is a real cleansing device – an
overhauling and purifying process. Periodical fasting is
essential to keep them both healthy, but fasting for longer
periods should be undertaken on under the guidance of
an expert/naturopath.
FASTING
No special space is required for this treatment if it
carried out at home.
If it carried out in therapy centers then a dinning space
is required for sufficient patients.

11. HALOTHERAPY

Halotherapy is an alternative treatment that involves
breathing salty air. Some claim that it can treat respiratory
conditions, such as asthma, chronic bronchitis, and
allergies.

• Room temperature should set to 20°C or less
• Session last for about 30 to 45 min.

Hydrotherapy, formerly called hydropathy and also called
water cure, is a part of alternative medicine (particularly
naturopathy), occupational therapy, and physiotherapy,
that involves the use of water for pain relief and treatment.

16. Mud may be applied to the patient in sitting or lying
position. This helps to improve the skin condition by
increasing the circulation and energizing the skin tissues.
MUD BATH If chairs: Minimum distance between two chairs
should be 0.8 m
If bed: Bed size should be 1.8 X 0.9 (Minimum)
and distance between two beds should be
0.8m minimum (if multibed room)

17. OZON THERAPY
Ozone therapy is an alternative medical treatment that
introduces ozone or ozonides to the body.
Minimum space required for this treatment is a
room of 10’ X 7’

18. REIKI
Reiki is a Japanese form of alternative medicine called
energy healing. Reiki practitioners use a technique called
palm healing or hands-on healing through which a
"universal energy" is said to be transferred through the
palms of the practitioner to the patient in order to
encourage emotional or physical healing.
Minimum space required for this treatment is a
room of 10’ X 7’

19. Rolfing, also known as structural integration, is a holistic
system of bodywork that uses deep manipulation of the
body’s soft tissue and movement education to realign and
balance the body’s myofascial structure with the field of
gravity.

20. YOGA THERAPY
Minimum space required for this treatment is 7’ X 3’
There should be minimum distance of 3’ between
tow yoga mats or the persons performing yoga.
Yoga therapy is a safe way of working with the natural
capacity of your body and mind to optimize well-being.
