طرح تحول نظام سلامت سرلوحه فعالیت ها و برنامه های این وزارت قرار گرفت که در این راستا چندین نشست، همایش و اجلاس جهت هم اندیشی تخصصی طراحی نظام مذکور در قالب کارگروه های تخصصی و با هدف تدوین دستورالعمل های اجرایی این طرح با حضور روسا، معاونین درمان ، بهداشت، غذا و دارو واساتید دانشگاه های علوم پزشکی کشور، مسوولان و مدیران ارشد وزارت بهداشت و صاحب نظران حوزه بیمه و اقتصاد سلامت با مشارکت معاونت درمان وزارت بهداشت و شورای سیاستگذاری برگزار گردید.
در این راستا ۸ بسته خدمتی سلامت زیر جهت پیشبرد اهداف وازرتی تدوین و از ۱۵ اردیبهشت ماه ۱۳۹۳ اجرایی شد:

This document presents a model using artificial neural networks for back analysis of tunnel monitoring data from the Chehel Chai water conveyance tunnel in Iran. Input data from 27 parameters across 3 categories were used to train a neural network model on results from 18 convergence stations. The trained model was then able to accurately estimate rock mass elasticity and in situ stress values based on new monitoring data, demonstrating its effectiveness for intelligent back analysis of future tunnel monitoring results.
