JU medical center is the
only Comprehensive
Specialized Hospital in
South-west Ethiopia,
serving as a tertiary
referral hospital
JU MEDICAL CENTER
JU medical center Serves nearly 20
million populations from Oromia,
Gambella, South-west, Benshangul-
Gumuz regions, and neighboring
countries like South Sudan,
Somaliland, and Eritrea.

The Medical Center is
one of the six
hospitals selected to
provide radiation
therapy and
comprehensive
cancer care in the
country.
MEDICAL CENTER
The center has 18 operating rooms,
more than 800 beds, 32 intensive care
beds as well as a medical gas
production plant.
The building complex has a helicopter
landing space for medical tourism
