NANO ROBOTICS
Contents
 Introduction
 Appearance of Nano-robots
 Working of Nano-robots
 Applications
 Advantages
 Disadvantages
 Conclusion
Introduction
 The term nanotechnology generally refers to
engineering & manufacturing at nanometer length
scale
 The possibility of Nano-robots was 1st proposed
by Richard Feyman in 1959.
 Generally nanotechnology deals with size ranging
from 1 to 100 nanometer.
 Nano-robots are Nano-devices that will be used
for the purpose of maintaining and protecting the
human body against pathogens.
Appearance
 It is impossible to say exactly what a generic
Nano-robot would look like.
 Each species of medical Nano-robot will be
designed to accomplish a specific task ,and many
shapes and sizes are possible.
Working of Nano-robots
 When an implantation of a tiny
robot into our blood stream. The
robot detects the cause of the fever
, travels to the appropriate system
and provides a dose of medication
directly to the infected area.
Nanobots in cancer treatment
Applications
 Breaking up blood clots
 Fight against cancer
 Drug delivery
 Breaking up kidney stones
 Parasite removal
 Prevents diabetis
Advantages
 Rapid elimination of disease
 No operation failures
 Less risk
 Faster and more precious diagnose
Disadvantages
 Replication may become out of control.
 Complicated maintenance
 Very costly for installation purpose
 The nanobots should be
accurate,otherwise harmful effects may
occur
 Hard to customize,design
Conclusion
 From these type of inventions it will be useful
for man to cure many diseases then lead a
fantastic life.
 We can use the technology for more accuracy
in any field
 But in these technologies there is possible
danger also.
 Nanorobots are going to revolutionize in
