1. Know the biggest energy costs equipment in AFS & monitoring closely.
2. Implement a switch-off campaign in AFS by tool box talk etc
3. Consider installing solar panels ( suggestion)
4. Making use of natural light
5. Keeping windows and doors closed when running any AC and maintain AC
temp 26 degree
6. Use hibernation mode all PC
7. Install only energy-efficient light bulbs ( Suggestion)
8. Paying electricity bill in time for avoiding late fees
9. We are not using Yard light in night, instead of yard light we are using office
outside tubelight
10.We are not used Air compressor in last month and further trying limited use
of air compressor

1. To maintaining Air tank pressure in refueller close air tank valve after no
use of refueller.
2. Don’t punch the throttle. Use smooth, steady fuel acceleration in order to
avoid fuel burn spikes.
3. Tyre Inflation- Keep the tyres at the optimum pressure to reduce the rolling
resistance and extend their life
4. During diesel filling in refuller ensureing there is no spillage.
5. Buy Diesel from Reliance Outlet to make reliance in profit.
6. We know that diesel having volatile property so keep in coolest part in
AFS.
7. In summer don’t filling diesel tank full in refueller to prevent from overflow.
By implementing above mention idea we can try to reduce 50 % Diesel in AFS

1. Buying used equipment.

3. Always buy in bulk and save ( Tea & Sugar etc.)

6. Ask in other AFS if the have spare or extra consumable items.
7. During filter inspection carefully inspect filter.
8. Buy refueller spare parts from wholesaler shop and always ask for
discount.
9. Keep all consumable item in proper arrangement in store and easily
trackable.

12.Nagpur AFS staff not required IFR suit because we have prevous one in
good condition

5. If possible Send Invoice in soft copy to customer this can reduce paper,
printing , courier, time, envelope etc.
6. Centralize courier service from HO.
