Starter dish: Herby Scrambled Eggs


         Ingradients:                       Method:
   3-4 eggs                      Whisk eggs with the just
   1 tablespoon just salad      salad dressing in a
    dressing with garden         saucepan. Split the bread
    herbs and white wine         lengthways and pop under
                                 grill. Stir egg mixture
   Ciabatta stick or baguette
                                 whilst it cooks. Drizzle just
   Just extra virgin cold-      extra virgin cold-pressed
    pressed rapeseed oil         rapeseed oil over the
                                 bread then pile eggs on
                                 top. Serves two. No extra
                                 seasoning needed but you
                                 can add a sprinkling of
                                 black pepper. Much better
                                 for you than the usual
                                 butter and milk, and far
                                 more tasty
Herby Scrambled Eggs
Main dish: Chili tuna rice
                Ingredients:                                      Method:
   -1 tin of tuna                                             - start by cooking your rice, use the instructions on
   - around 200g of rice (can be more or less depending on    the packet, any variety of rice that you like can be

                                                               them. I personally just shove them in the microwave
                                                               for a couple of minutes but you could fry them or
                                                               something. When they' are cooked add them to the
                                                               mix.
