Duties And Responsibilities as Site Accountant :
1. Preparing the Daily Sales Report, tallyingthe cash and Creditverifying
the documentation prepared by RestaurantManagers.
2. Preparing and following upthe creditdetails & imbursement. .Preparing
the details and track of Petty Cash fund.
4. Preparing the monthly Pay roll of Office staff and Staff.
5.Preaparing the timesheetof Staff for Vacation and Exit, Co ordinate with
HR dept for New Staff, Medical,NeoOrientation and Food Handler
license, ID cards Expiry of Old Staffs'
7. Preparing the Duty roaster for Storekeeper,Asst. Storekeeper and Store
helper.
8. Checking all the Local Purchase Order and Ware House Order prepared
by Storekeeper.
9.Invoicing all the Good Receipt Note and Voucher received by
Storekeeper. Accounting all the Local Purchase Order and Ware House
Transfer Invoices.
10.Preparing the Food Cost at end of the Month and tallyingwith accounts
executive and Finance Manager , Coordinating with RestaurantManager
on MIS Reports. Maintainingthe Food Cost approved by management.
2. Duties And Responsibilities as Purchase Coordinator:
1.Responsible for the accurate entry, proofing, maintenance and
submission of purchase orders based on customer demand, stock
replenishmentand managementdirection
3.Coordinate order status report submissions from suppliers. Resolve
changes and discrepancies, and update purchase order information
accordingly
4.Routine purchase order review and follow-up, and expediting of orders
maintain supplier price lists
5.Maintain stock levels of supplies and make Maintenance and Operating
purchase
6.Monitor all inventory level and determine appropriate deliverydates of
all products and forecast all order requirements and maintainrecords of all
activities and resolve all delivery issues.
7.Monitor all supplier performance and ensure timely delivery of all
products and maintain accuracy in all vendor data in inventory control
module and perform various purchasing activities and prepare all
purchase orders and evaluate accuracy in same.
8.Manage allcommunication with all vendors and track all orders and
resolve any issues on same and assistto obtain all raw materials and
prepare required requestorders and analyzeall samples and ensure
purchase of all raw materials within requiredtimeframe.
9.Meeting with the Suppliers for the Dry,Frozen,Sea Foods,Pastry items
and negotiating the Prices availabe with another Suppliers.
3. Duties And Responsibilities as Storekeeper :
1. Receives incoming materials, supplies and equipment from Local
suppliers & Central Warehouse.
2. Checking the Vehicle temperature and unloading deliveries safely in the
correct areas .
3.Checks item received againstdeliverytags and signs for proper number
of cartons. Ensure goods are always in kept neatly and in an easily
identifiable manner
4.Performing FIFO rules ( Firstin and FirstOut) while issuing items to
kitchens as well as FEFO ( FirstExpiry FirstOut)
5. Putting stock away in accordance with the Company’s Quality
procedures (stock rotation) .
6.Ensure all F&B items are in good condition and under safe consumption
period.
7.Performingwith input onto the stores computer and placing purchase
orders on the instruction of the store’s Manager or in his absence.
8. Maintainingthe area of the stores in a safe clean and tidy condition,
general cleanliness in the Stores at all times
4. Duties And Responsibilities as Asst.Storekeeper :
1. To exercise general control over all activities in Stores Department
2. To ensure safe keeping both as to quality and quantity of materials.
3. To maintain proper records.
4. To initiate purchase requisitions for the replacementof stock of all
regular stores items whenever the stock level of any item of store
approaches the minimum limitfixed in respect thereof.
5. To initiate action for stoppage of further purchasing when the stock level
approaches the maximum limit.
6. To check and receive purchased materials forwardedby the receiving
departmentand to arrange for the storage in appropriate places.
7. To reserve a particular materialfor a specific job when so required.
8. To issue materialsonly in required quantities againstauthorized
requisition notes/material lists.
9. To check the book balances, with the actual physical stock at frequent
intervals by way of internal control over wrong issues, pilferage, etc.
