1. Things to do within a day:
1. Opening the store
Clean, mop, wipe
Check the refilling tools and equipment if everything is readily available for use
Check store stocks and supplies by doing the daily physical count
2. Doing the usual services like Refilling , explaining to customers and orienting them about
cartridge and printer, printing and selling our products
3. Survey – going house to house and to business establishments to know the printers they are
using and at the same time explain our products and services. Then give them the copy of the
survey form for the discount they may avail once they visit our store.
4. Telemarketing – using the telephone to offer our products and services
Calling prospective customers by using the telephone directory
Calling prospective customers from surveys
Follow up of previous customers who are not going to our store for a long time, through
customer’s database
5. Making the customer’s Database based on the transactions done for the day
6. Making the report for the day:
Tracking sheet with attached warranty slip
Printing report with attached printing slip
Customer’s database
Telemarketing report
Survey report monitoring
Daily inventory report
Daily store closing report with attached deposit slip
Reminders:
1. When issuing a Warranty Receipt or Printing Slip, Always let the customer fill it up with the
complete name, address, and contact number for our customer’s database purposes
2. Do not let the stocks run out. Order new stocks to the main office immediately before it run out.
3. Always have a folder for the Delivery receipts, and record in the logbook all the items received.
