and just lifting weights and being the best I can
be, I want to bring the best out of people it’s a
stress reliever and just make them feel like they
accomplished something. I love to motivate
people.

find out what is there limit what they can do, to
make sure I don’t push them over there limits, I
have to know there strengths and
weaknesses, keep them occupied with different
workouts, setting goals and motivate them to
get that last rep!!
