Description: HPHT is a specific project to design equipment for the high ranges of pressure and temperature like 400F and 20
Ksi. The scope of work is to conceptual design and model the MTRT-(Mechanical Tree Running Tool) for transporting various tools
into the CVB and THD. The MTRT is a prime tool to lift entire XT with indefinite CoG, in the range of 15" inch dia.it is a great
challenge to accommodate MTRT shackle with respect to XT very close to CoG.
2. Title : Super Tool - HPHT (NPD).
Client : FMC Technologies, USA.
Software : Unigraphics NX 8.5.
Description: The scope of work is to conceptual design and model the Super tool for Installing/Retrieving various tools into the
CVB and THD. The Super tool is a weld structure with an Enerpac -6610 actuator. All the tools have metallic or non-metallic seals,
they need lot of force to install/retrieve. The actuator applies required force on tools to land on landing shoulder.
This Super tool is need to use for all the tools and configurations so different length upper rods created.
3. Title : Pre-salt.
Client : Petro Bras, Brazil.
Software : Unigraphics NX 6.
Description: In Pre-Salt, scope of work was to transport 39 tools from offshore to onshore.so skids were designed to lift and
transport different size and shape with proper balancing of COG. The concepts are different to lift the tools with Hubs, Lock
segments.
4. Title : K4Z-WELL HEAD

Description: The project involved modeling & drafting of the WELLHAED of the K4Z.The Wellhead is a mouth piece for the
