General Arrangement drawing based on client requirement. Use source of Existing Design
concepts and Model components for urgent delivery. Group Discussion with team members on
critical Design Areas. Making detailed drawing for manufacturing. I developed parameterized
drawings on standard components. Reducing engineering time. Increasing engineering

2. Projects & Results:
 Circum Strapping machine with twin head for Arcelor Mittal UK.
 Circum Strapping machine for Park Gate Limited UK. In this machine, newly invented
tag, seal pad and strap guiding on online.
 Eye strapping machine for Tata Steel Cold Rolled Mill INDIA. This machine Designed
with new version, new concept and compact. And I saved 30 % cost from Existing
machine and same application.
 Film eye wrapping machine at the two cradle roller position with minimum to the
maximum coil for Jindal Steel Limited India.
 Power lifted Weighing station and power operated lifting with rotary table for Johnson
and Johnson ingot packaging Mexico.
 Coil OD wrapping machine (Blue Scope Steels Limited in Australia) designed for
existing line. And this wrapping machine has a 450 mm width of the film. The Machine
was placed on existing lines and compact and low space. This machine was wrapping
done on 1500 mm diameter 1400 mm length of coil.
 Pipe bundling station, VSB (Brazil) designed in Autodesk inventor 3D modelling,
assembly, simulation and detailing.
 Twin head Eye strapping machine, TATA Corus designed in Autodesk inventor 3D
modelling, assembly, simulation and detailing. Follows manufacturability and
assembly.For this machine got appreciation from TATA-UK customers, and I
got a Star employee award.
 Managed all phases of the design process for a multitude of products, components,
parts, assemblies and subassemblies, including drafting, dimensioning, tolerancing,

Worked in production department as supervisor in transformer assembly division in span of
two and half years. As a supervisor developed new concepts for easy of assembly for
operator, reduces cost of final product and increases productivity. After that transferred to
engineering department as a design engineer. Developed in-house machinery for making of
transformer products. Designed operator easy access as well as limited cost and compact for
all machinery. It is effected reduces man-hours and increases productivity. Designed all the
machinery in Autodesk inventor-3D modelling assembly and detailing. We are followed
manufacturability of machining parts and quality of final products.
Projects & Results:
 Designed CTL (cut to length) machine for core cutting as required length. It has
provided angle and V-notch cutters. This machine specially designed for transformer
core assembly. Previously these operations did manually and make lot of accidents. It
solves all the problems, increasing cutting length accuracy and productivity.
 Designed delta core slitting and coil winding machine for core assembly. It has
provided slitting cutter wheels, feeding and winding mechanisms. This machine

3. specially designed for delta core assembly. After completion of core winding cross
section of limb will forms circularly with single strip.
 Designed UNI core cutting machine for single phase wound core assembly. It has
feeding, cutting, bending mechanisms. This machine specially designed for wound core
assembly with various lengths and various length bending.
 Designed fully automatic HV coil winding machine.
