Influences: Due to the rhythm of the music I took inspiration from another 60/70s singer,
Elvis Presley, known for his unique dancers I will try and incorporate that into the Bobby
Darrin song. As custom of the time I would also use an old fashioned mic as seen below, I
feel that this will give an authentic feel to the video. I would have the lead singer in a typical
60s suit with styled hair.
What could go wrong; One thing that could go wrong would be the dance due to the rhythm
if the dance is half a second off it will not fit in time with the music and therefor look off
balance.

-Modern song with a 60s twist, predominately a female singer in 40/60s clothing, single spot light
with old style microphone, clips of a 40s/60s "couple scene"
Possible dance routine in black and white or sepia tone.
-Influences: for this type of music I took influence from motel singers such as the Marvelette and
The Supremes. As the Marvelettes did I would use a the old fashioned mic for the 'authentic look'.
Taking influences from the time I would have the main singer with winged eyeliner,petticoat type
dress with gloves and large pearl style earrings.
What could go wrong; Lip syncing can be very difficult especially if movement is involved and
therefor I feel this is the most likely to go wrong however if a dance routine is used it must look
professional if the movement is out of time to the beat of the music it will look sloppy and ruin the
effect of the dance.
Set; To achieve the 1940/60s look the set must be kept simplistic, as stated previously I would use a
single spot light much like Tammi Terrell did on her performing sets, if we used backing dancers the
spotlight would have to be widened. Again like many female groups in the 40s/60s I would have a
black backdrop so it seemed like a performance to a live audience.

a band singing throughout.
Influences; I took most of my influences from Pink herself but also from Hayley Williams,
their look would fit really well with the type of music, I would again take influence from
them for the outfit, I would have a short styled hair cut (probably using a wig), ripped skinny
jeans with a guns n roses type shirt.
What could go wrong; there are two major things that could go wrong with this video, the
town scene, we may have the public play up to the camera so may have someone pulling a
face while shooting and the other major thing would be the band, we would have to make it
look all realistic, the drummer, the look of the band, if it looks fake then the shot will look
amateurish.
