The white parts is where the writing would be. • The composition is purely just an image of two people, no background, no props. • The focus is a sharp focus.
- 4. • The image is of two people, not smiling so it shows it’s a more edgier indie image than a happy pop image. • It promotes the artist by showing who the band is and you can immediately tell it’s an edgy indie band so people would be more drawn to want to read it. • It appeals to it’s target audience because of the way the people are positioned, they’re edgy and artsy so people who like that sort of thing would be more drawn to it. • The photograph tells the story of two people sat down, looking to the side as if they’re watching something in the distance. • It will make people want to buy the magazine because it’s edgy, similar to many Indie images in other Indie magazines.
