4. NARRATIVE
Two French sisters, Sophie and Monique Poirier get ready to go to
the theatre. They meet in the lobby with Roderick, the owner of the
hotel and Sophie’s husband. Monique remembers she has forgotten
her camera and goes up to their room to get it. She does not come
back. Inspector Murdoch investigates the disappearance of Monique,
asking everyone involved questions. He finds Inspector Guillaume
looking around in Room 212.
