This document discusses managing a multi-generational workforce and focuses on the four main generations currently in the workforce: Veterans, Baby Boomers, Generation X, and Generation Y. Each generation is defined by their birth years and key historical events that shaped them, as well as their work styles and values. Common misconceptions about generations, particularly Generation Y, are addressed. The presentation emphasizes the importance of clear expectations, coaching leadership, recognition, effective communication, and tailored rewards to engage and retain multi-generational employees.
