9 WORK SEQUENCE
1. preparing all required and approve DOCs and design drawings
2. new design DWG has been released and approved by Roo (please see it below
3. clean and prepare the are -One caravan (4width*6length) lifting plan approved are required before lifting and
clean the area to be lifted (lifting plan is needed) to another area as shown by site manager
4. the old sunshield park needs to be HOT works cutting and removed to the scrap area.
5. cutting and removing the old existing carport as shown during site survey
6. civil works for foundation footing and strip foundation need to be done asper the designed DWG (5ranks of
car was requested and approved during site survey
7. delivering all prefab materials to the workshop
8. prefabrication works of sunshield need to be done asper the detailing DWG
(fabrication/welding/NDT/sandblast and painting)
9. car park shied will be contain 5 car rank (lenght-17.5meter /wide- 6meter Hight -3meter) with drain quitter at
the middle
10. -required casting floor concrete 20mx6m 15cm thick covering area below sunshield 20cm Thick with RC
meshing
11. installing all the prefab sunshield after finish all NDT and painting works
12. scaffolding towers for rescue platform and for attaching line during installation are required
13. HOT works during installation with Hiab lifting activity are required during installation
14. Bolt fixing and Paint touch and handover
15. job completion and handover work

10 METHODOLGY
General
• All personnel entering the site shall have received a site safety induction and have attended a
job toolbox talk.
• Before any activity shall commence a work, a permit shall be issued by a site engineer, and all
persons involved in the task shall be fully briefed.

Mobilization
• Upon Call- off received, Janwa start, mobilizing all equipment (including spare parts) and
personnel and tools to work locations.
• All equipment required at the clients’ location to perform the scope of works will be mobilized
from Janwa.
• While the equipment in on their relevant location is shall be visually inspected for damage in
transit.
• All Personnel will be mobilized to the Works location by road transport organized by Janwa.
• Logistical and Operational support will be provided from Janwa office in Basra, Iraq or from
our camp in North Rumaila during the operation.
Completion and Demobilization
• When all work was completed, and the task was successfully done remove all equipment and
tools from work area.
• Mobilize all equipment and personal from work location.
• Make sure housekeeping is done properly.
11 GENERAL HEALTH AND RULES
Training, Competence and Supervision
Janwa will ensure that all persons employed:
• Are trained and competent to carry out their duties.
• Provided with comprehensible information on the risks to health and safety.
• Instructed in the use of personal protective equipment.
• Fully consulted on all matters relating to the work that may affect their Health and
Safety.

The work will be under the supervision of:
1. Site engineer
2. PA
3. Site HSE supervisor
4. Lifting Supervisor
Communication
The Site Supervisor will communicate working method statements to all operatives and ensure
that the work is carried out safely according to written procedures. All site personnel will be
given site induction training covering all aspects of Health and Safety, relating to the relevant
tasks being undertaken. All personnel undergoing this training will sign to confirm that they
have received the induction. Induction records will be held on site. All Visitors will receive a
basic safety induction including site specific rules and emergency procedures.
Permits to work
The PA will issue the permit.
Working at height/R
N/A
First Aid
A fully stocked first aid box and eye wash will be kept on site for the treatment of minor
injuries. Injuries must be treated immediately and recorded in the accident book.
Monitoring
The Company’s Health & Safety Advisors will carry out Health & Safety Audits On a regular
basis with a written report. The Supervisor will carry out Tool Box Talks.
