b. For reference - Illegal parking in MSE – letter has been sent to Police &
confirmation received by return that with effect from 1st December 2012,
LCC will be responsible for issuing parking tickets, an agency has been
appointed to oversee this.
5. Notes of the last meeting of the Council on 6th November 2012 to be
approved as the minutes

c. To consider a suitable date for the clerk’s 6 month review as per the
contract

b. To consider the request from Rev’d Seal to remove 2 large trees in
Moulton Chapel churchyard
c. To consider the request from Rev’d Seal to repair the shabby village sign
located in the churchyard in Moulton Chapel churchyard

b. To consider the invitation from Senior Highways Officer to meet the Clerk
& Chairman to discuss highway matters not previously reported &

13. Moulton Chapel – vacancy of seat.
a. Returning Officer at SHDC has not received any requests to fill the
vacancy by election. The PC are now able to consider any co-option to
fill this vacancy.
14. Garden Allotment – to be let in Moulton
a. To consider any applications received

Councillors are requested to use this opportunity to report minor matters of
information not included elsewhere on the agenda and to raise items for
future agendas. Councillors are respectfully reminded that this is not an

January 2013 at Moulton Seas End Village Hall commencing 18.30 hrs.
