RESPONSIBILITY
Working in new power station construction, installation of two new gas
turbine GE10 turbogenerators10.5 KV, 10 MVA (with its fire fighting
system and new control (mark VI) .
3. Working in gas turbines, turbo generators, (SULZER, NOUVO PIGNONE
FRAME#1, AND NOUVO PIGNONE FRAME#3 (9.525 MW, 10.5KV)),
operation and maintenance.
For SULZER turbines, I had attended the installation, commissioning,
and startup of changing the control from pneumatic systems to
(SEMATIC step7 Control).
For NOUVO PIGNONE turbines the control system is SPEEDTRONIC
MARK II and also I attended the retrofit of the control of four turbines
to SPEEDTRONIC MARK VI (simplex) with redundant protection and
also the fire fighting system.
Prepare and perform PM (preventive maintenance) programs for the
said equipment.
Issued spare part (S/P) requisitions using SAP program for the said
equipments and study the offers technically.
Prepare daily, monthly and annual reports for the power station to
measure the availability and reliability for the turbines.
Working in the overhauling (12000HRS, 24000HRS, 36000HRS,
480000HRS, and zero hour reconditioning) for the said turbines.
Working in maintenance of hydraulic circuit (piston pumps, vane
pumps, screw pumps, gear pumps, multistage process centrifugal
pumps) .
Working in maintenance of electrical and diesel double acting
reciprocating gas compressors.
Working in the overhauling diesel & gas engine (Caterpillar).
Working in maintenance of gas heaters.
Off- line and on-line washing the Gas turbines axial compressor.
