12. Ass.prof Marianne Aars Dialogue with student Inhibition of spasms Description The treatment starts with inhibition of spasms i hips and knees. The patient is lying on his back, talking to the physiotherapist Analysis The physiotherapist is doing passive movements of the lower extremities. He has positioned himself to establish a good balance . The passive movements aim at reducing spasms and making full range active movements possible for later treatment. It is extremely important that the position feels comfortable in order to prevent the stimulation of spasms. The patient feels comfortable and relaxed most of the time. He uses latin terminology to explain which muscles are tightening when the therapists does the movements too fast. The communication between the two are relaxed and humerous. The physiotherapist asks the patient what he feels during the movements, and follow up the patients comments………………………… < back Menu next >

Normalt rekrutterer ”de beste”, dvs. krever høye poengsum for å komme inn. Som er krevende i forhold til hva studenter skal kunne, som normalt har mange timeplanfestede aktiviteter, med ”skole” nesten hver dag
En samfunnsengasjert gårdbrukerkone, en tobarnsmamma på farten, en sliten kvinne på omskolering, en traust gubbe fra Trøndelag, en ivrig fotballspiller med sans for raske biler, en kunstnersjel opptatt av de store spørsmål, et par godt voksne ungdommer på leting etter noe…, et par veldig målrettede treningsglade ungdommer. Noen visste veldig godt hva de ville, noen visste det slett ikke, noen syntes de hadde vunnet i lotto, noen hadde takket ja fordi de ikke kom inn på det de egentlig ønsket. En gjeng på 15 møtte opp i alderen 19-51 år, og med et sterkt sprikende karakternivå. Ingen homogen gruppe, og langt mer heterogen enn vi vanligvis møter.
Flaks? Variasjon, bredde i studentgruppen, mange varme, humørfylte mennesker Påvirkes: Lærere som er tilstede og ser dem, som gir tilbakemelding Lokale ferdighetslærere: ”faddere” på en annen måte, også med tanke på at de kan bli framtidige kolleger?
Ikke 100 % fastlagt, men åpen for justeringer ut fra en vurdering av studentenes behov.
